Zoho Inventory + Amazon Marketplace — multi-channel stock sync

Listing sync, order pull, FBA handling, and the SKU mapping that prevents oversells.

Zoho Inventory's Amazon Marketplace integration keeps your online orders and stock levels automatically aligned between Amazon and your central inventory, eliminating the manual effort of reconciling two separate systems.

What is it

The Amazon Marketplace integration in Zoho Inventory creates a continuous, two-way sync between your Amazon seller account and your Zoho Inventory organisation. When an order is placed on Amazon, it flows directly into Zoho Inventory for fulfilment tracking, and stock levels are updated in real time to reflect what has been sold.[1] The integration supports Amazon's Selling Partner API, incorporating the latest security enhancements Amazon has introduced.[3] Sellers operating across borders can also link Amazon marketplaces in multiple countries — such as the US and Canada — to a single Zoho Inventory organisation through the Amazon Global Selling feature.[3]

When to use it

  • You sell on Amazon alongside other channels (such as eBay, Etsy, or Shopify) and need a single platform to centralise order tracking and prevent overselling due to out-of-sync stock counts.[2]
  • You want Amazon orders to appear automatically in Zoho Inventory without manual data entry, so your fulfilment team works from one unified queue.[1]
  • You use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and need to create inbound shipments directly within Zoho Inventory to transfer stock from your own warehouse to an Amazon Fulfilment Center.[3]
  • You are expanding internationally and need to manage Amazon storefronts in the US and Canada under a single Zoho Inventory organisation rather than maintaining separate accounts.[4]
  • You need to audit or adjust item mapping and sync preferences for your Amazon channel without navigating multiple menus — all sales channel preferences are consolidated under a single settings area.[1]
  • You want to unlink or remap items that were incorrectly associated with your Amazon listing, correcting catalogue errors without disrupting other sales channels.[5]

How to access it

To connect Amazon to Zoho Inventory, navigate to Settings → Integrations within your Zoho Inventory organisation. This is also where you manage all sales channel preferences, including sync settings and item mapping for your Amazon integration.[1] From the same area you can configure which marketplaces are linked to your organisation, taking advantage of the Amazon Global Selling option to add US and Canada storefronts under one roof.[4] FBA inbound shipments, once the integration is active, can be created directly from within the Zoho Inventory interface rather than switching to Seller Central.[3]

Related features

  • Sales Channel Preferences — manage sync settings and item mapping for all connected marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Zoho Commerce) from a single consolidated settings page, making it easier to govern multi-channel operations at scale.
  • Multi-Warehouse Management — pair the Amazon integration with warehouse features to track FBA stock separately from your own fulfilment stock, and import or export stock details for individual warehouses independently.
  • Shipping Carrier Integrations — once Amazon orders land in Zoho Inventory, connect carriers such as UPS, USPS, or EasyPost to generate labels, retrieve real-time rates, and track shipments through to delivery.[2]
  • Zoho Books Integration — sync fulfilled Amazon orders through to Zoho Books for end-to-end accounting, ensuring revenue and cost of goods are captured without duplicate data entry.[2]
