What is it
The Mailchimp integration links a Mailchimp Audience to a Zoho Contacts list (example: Bigin Contacts), allowing bidirectional sync of subscribers and contact fields. You pick up to five Mailchimp Audience lists to sync with Zoho, map standard and custom fields, and then activate the sync so additions and edits stay aligned across both systems. Once active, imports and subsequent changes are synced automatically and you receive import-complete notifications.[2]

How to access it
Open your Zoho product (example: Bigin) and go to Settings > Integrations/Toppings. From the integrations list choose Mailchimp and click Setup Now to start the authorization flow. Sign in to Mailchimp to grant access, then in Configure Audience Lists to be Synced choose Configure to match Mailchimp Audience to a Zoho Contacts view, map fields on the Map Audience and Fields page, and click Activate to begin the import and continuous sync.[2]
