How to get a single pipeline in Zoho

Retrieve details for a specific pipeline.

Lede: To see or work with a single pipeline in Zoho CRM (Bigin), open the Pipelines module and choose the pipeline you need; on mobile tap the pipeline icon and swipe to the stage list, and on web hover the pipeline to reveal actions such as Customize or Delete for that specific pipeline [^2, ^3, ^6]. Why this matters

Viewing a single pipeline keeps your team focused on one sales process and its stages rather than juggling multiple pipelines at once [^2, ^6]. Isolating a pipeline makes it easier to review cards, reorder visible fields, and manage pipeline-specific actions such as deleting a pipeline or its sub-pipelines [6]. You can also filter Contacts to show only records tied to pipelines that are open or closed to narrow lists to that pipeline’s scope [4].

Step-by-step

  1. Step 1. Open the Pipelines module in Zoho CRM (Bigin) to access the different pipelines available to your account [6].
  2. Step 2. On mobile, go to the Sales Pipeline view, tap the pipeline icon, then swipe left to reveal records grouped by stage for the pipeline you selected [^2, ^3].
  3. Step 3. On web, hover the cursor over the Team Pipeline you want; click the more icon that appears to expose actions for that specific pipeline, such as Customize Cards, Delete pipeline, or manage sub-pipelines [6].
  4. Step 4. To change which fields show on the pipeline cards for that single pipeline, click the Customize Cards (more Customize Cards) icon, select up to six fields to display, reorder them as needed, then click Save to apply the card layout to that pipeline view [6].
  5. Step 5. If you need to remove a pipeline entirely, hover over the pipeline, choose Delete pipeline, confirm by checking the acknowledgement box, and click Delete Pipeline — keeping in mind deletion permanently removes records and related entities tied to that pipeline, so export records first if required [6].
  6. Step 6. To produce a contact list limited to records associated with pipelines, open the Contacts module, click the Filter button, choose Pipelines from the property list, then pick options such as With open pipelines and a time range like in the last 2 months before applying the filter [4].
  7. Step 7. If your goal is simply to focus visually on a single pipeline on mobile, use the Sales Pipeline pipeline icon and swipe through stages until you land on the pipeline whose stages you want to review, then tap individual stages to view the contained records [^2, ^3].

Common pitfalls

  • Mobile save issue: some users report that creating or saving a pipeline on mobile can fail with a message that "Pipeline Name" is empty even when it appears filled; this can block saving new pipelines from the app and may require using web to create pipelines instead [8].
  • Deleting a pipeline removes many linked entities: deleting a team pipeline also removes records in that pipeline, workflows, email templates, tags, aliases, stage transition rules, and closure restrictions, so export any needed data before deletion [6].

What to check

  • Confirm you are in the Pipelines module or Sales Pipeline view when selecting or viewing a single pipeline [^2, ^6].
  • Verify card fields after customizing so the pipeline view shows the up-to-six fields you need [6].
  • If filtering Contacts by pipeline, check that you selected the correct Pipelines filter option (for example, With open pipelines and the intended time range) before applying the filter [4].
